Hailing from Clark Fork, Idaho, Andy Rising is an artist who plays the cello to the point that the instrument speaks, sings, and comes alive. His music is intensely moving and evokes imagery and feelings of beautiful places and moods, from shimmering ocean depths where dolphins swim to stunning sunsets, and epic moon rises. He was a cello performance major at Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Andy has created an extensive catalog of dramatic, inspiring, and relaxing original tracks with a Classical feel.

2020 currently releasing singles featuring original vocal gospel songs and instrumentals.

Andy received high marks for his senior graduation performance of Schuman's cello concerto in A minor with full orchestra of fellow Conservatory students, along with Bach's 5th suite for solo cello.
