Australian band Mermaid Avenue was formed in 2015 and is a regular feature on the Brisbane scene, driven by the prolific songwriting of Peter Clarke. Their debut album, Temptation and Half the Truth, was released in late 2018 to strong reviews, and the second single from the album, Rise, was a finalist in Blues and Roots Radio’s International Song of The Year. You can count on Mermaid Avenue for Indie, Country, Rock, Alternative Country, Yacht Rock, and Easy Listening music that features authentic content that stands out.


Mermaid Avenue is working on its second album Sugartown. The first singles from the album, Turn the Page, and Philosophy, have already garnered local and international airplay and positive critical reception.
