Catya Maré is a popular multiple award-winning songwriter, violinist and music producer who works in the World, Orchestral, Ambient, Electronica, New Age and Pop genres, among others. She has won the Billboard World Song Contest, Hollywood Music in Media Award, and the USA Songwriting Competition, and she was also nominated for the Stay Tuned TV Award/International Television Festival. Catya's evocative and sensual music has been featured in Hollywood movies like "Butterflies in the Wind" and "Homecoming", and in TV shows such as "Cruisin´with E-Rider".
Catya Maré has released five albums and one single to date: "Light Longing," "Remembering The Day," and "Destination Love," which are in an instrumental Celtic New Age/Orchestral/Ambient style with her mesmerizing violin as primary voice. "Tell Me Why..." and “Talk Talk Talk” are flirtingly humorous and slightly wacky albums in the Electronica/Pop genre. Catya's August 2014 Classical Crossover/New Age release "Voce" was audio mastered by the legendary Matt Forger at Anisound, whose credits include Michael Jackson and Quincy Jones.
